Mark, a contractor for a bank in Southern Pines, NC contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to concrete slabs that were starting to settle. By the concrete slabs settling it was causing a trip hazard and other issues for the bank.
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Mark to go over the project and to find out if we could assist with the repairs.
Our crew led by George Herring installed the PolyLevel System. The PolyLevel System combines the already- proven technique of concrete lift with a specially- engineered two- part expanding foam that makes it possible to permanently lift the concrete surface.
A concrete porch sinking into the ground was creating an uneven platform and a tripping hazard for this customer. The PolyLevel System was used by Jess Williams, our concrete repair foreman, to lift, level, and stabilize the slab.
Glen contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after we had previously done work to his home in Little Rock, SC. In the garage of his home there was a long crack along the back wall what was allowing water to enter the garage. The crack had formed because the slab of the concrete floor had started to since and the best solution to fix it from futher damage to the home was to install the PolyLevel Injection System. The advantages of the PolyLevel System is that it had high capacity lifting strength, its environmentally friendly and has a quick cure time. Glen is thrilled that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to fix the concrete in his garage.
Chris contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair due to the driveway of his home had started to sink and become unlevel. We were able to help fix Chris's driveway by lifting and leveling the driveway with the PolyLevel Injection System.
Josh called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in hopes that we could fix his garage concrete slab that was cracking from the slab settling instead of having to replace the entire slab. Our wonderful inspector Graham Moore met with Josh and found that we could fix the slab with our PolyLevel System, which would be a lot cheaper then replacement of the slap. Our crew leader George Herring and helper Jeremy Fisher used our PolyLevel System to raise the slab back level and was able to fix the cracks in the concrete. Josh is happy that he was able to save time and money by choosing Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to make the repair.
