Alan contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about standing water and fallen insulation in the crawl space of this home. Southeast Foundation inspector Ben Daniels met with Alan and found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space from the earth ground, water and other natural elements that could be detrimental to the health of the home. The home had high moisture issues that needed to be addressed along, mold issues and extensive wood damage caused by the high moisture levels. Dan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed a moisture problem that he believed was causing mold and wood rot at his home in Jacksonville, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy met with Dan to go over the crawl space of the home. Andy found that Dan did indeed have a moisture issue that and started to show the beginning signs of mold damage along with wood rot. We installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to make the crawl space a healthy part of the home.

Dora contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair complaining that water was entering the basement of her home and she did not know where it was coming from. Dora's home had both a crawl space and a basement. Although the basement was finished, whenever it rained the basement would flood. She wanted the best solution to fix the problems she was having. Our crew installed a crawl space waterproofing system to stop the rain from entering the crawl space along with installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
