Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Donnie contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing our commercial on WECT TV with concerns of water in the crawlspace at his home in Lumberton, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Todd, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Todd met with Donnie to go over what he proposed would be the best solution for his home.  This customer lives close by the river and it floods the crawlspace. 

Our crew led by Austin H., installed 10 Mil and 20Mil Liner, Wrap Piers, EZ Flow, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet. This will help keep the crawlspace dry.

A Lumberton, NC contacted our office interested in installing a new crawl space door. During the inspection, we found that the existing door was in poor condition and recommended replacing it with our EverLast crawl space door.
