We replaced this customer's crawl space door with our EverLast Door. The EverLast Door is made of durable materials that are resistant to moisture and rot, ensuring long-lasting performance. To address water issues in the customer's crawl space, we installed a discharge line in addition to a sump system to effectively remove excess water, preventing potential damage and maintaining a dry environment.

The SaniDry Sedona is energy efficient due to its advanced dehumidification technology, which allows it to remove more moisture using less energy compared to standard dehumidifiers. It efficiently reduces humidity levels in crawl spaces by continuously drawing in damp air, extracting the moisture, and then circulating dry air back into the space. This process helps maintain optimal humidity levels, preventing mold growth and improving air quality.

Robert contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture content in the crawl space of the home. SEFR inspector Graham Moore met with Robert to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
