Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin E., to go out and inspect the crawl space. Upon the inspection Justin proposed that having an encapsulation system installed to control the moisture issue.

Our crew led by Jose H., first started with the Mold-X2 Remediation. Next they removed the debris and insulation. Last they sealed the vents, installed CleanSpace 20 mil Liner, Wrap Piers, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, Lawnscape Outlet, and a Custom Built Door.

Our crawl space encapsulation process includes installing Drainage Matting throughout the crawl space floor to direct water to the perimeter drainage system and prevent water from accumulating underneath the CleanSpace liner. 

This homeowner contacted our office with moisture issues coming from there crawl space. After assessing the area, our team determined installing an interior drainage system was the perfect solution. The StarPipe drainage system works by collecting water, directing it to the sump pump, and then draining it through an exterior discharge line and away from the foundation to prevent re-entry.
