Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Our crawl space encapsulation process includes installing Drainage Matting throughout the crawl space floor to direct water to the perimeter drainage system and prevent water from accumulating underneath the CleanSpace liner. 

This homeowner contacted our office with moisture issues coming from there crawl space. After assessing the area, our team determined installing an interior drainage system was the perfect solution. The StarPipe drainage system works by collecting water, directing it to the sump pump, and then draining it through an exterior discharge line and away from the foundation to prevent re-entry. 

Peggy called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair in have someone come look at the crawl space as they  had an old plastic liner that was to damaged to help the home. Peggy is now happy to have a nice dry crawl space.

Aaron contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about a bad odor coming from the A/C ducts when the heating or A/C turned on. The HVAC company said that the ducts of the home where fine and that the source of the odor could be coming from the wet and damp crawl space. Our crew encapsulated the crawl space using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, we also installed a dehumidifier to dry the crawl space of the odor-causing moisture.
