Challenge
Home owner contacted Southeast Foundaiton & Crawl Space Repair becaus his foundation is sinking by the garage and he has concrete settlement.
Solution
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair had inspector Patrick Hannigan go out to do a free inspection. Patrick informed the home owner we had to send off the information and pictures to our engineer. After getting the engineering back George Herrings crew went out and installed push piers, smart jacks, and supplemental beams to keep the home from settling further.
