Challenge
Home owner in Lumberton NC contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had unlevel floors and doors that were sticking and hard to close.
Solution
Inspector Josh Speckhart from Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair went out to the home for a free inspection and recommend our smart jack system to be installed. George Herring and his crew went out shortly after and installed smart jacks with supplemental beams to level out the floors and fix the doors so they would close properly.
