10 Year Old Home's Foundation is Fixed in Wilmington, NC
Challenge
Betsy called Southeast in reference to her 10 year old home in Wilmington, NC. Betsy stated that her extermination company had done her yearly termite inspection and noticed that she was having foundation problems with large gaps between the center block piers under the home. She called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to inspect her home free of charge to see if there could be anything done to fix the home.
Solution
Our inspector Randy Johnson met with Betsy concerning her foundation problems. Upon inspection Randy found that the center blocks used under the home were indeed coming apart from each other and that Betsy would need to have smart jacks installed in order to fix the home correctly. Our team, lead by George Herring was able to fix Betsy's home within a few hours. They used 10 smart jacks under the home to stabilize the foundation and make the repair. Betsy is now happy and is rest assured that her problem is fixed.
