Carolyn contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about the foundation of the home as he was experiencing sagging floors in the home and wanted a fix that she did not have to worry about. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Chris Hunter met with Carolyn to go over the problem with her home and the best solution to fix it. Chris found that since the floor joists in the home had started to settle the beams had too causing the floors to sag in the home. Our crew lead by Anthony Futurell installed 14 Smart Jacks along with Supplemental Beam in the crawl space to stablize the settled floor joist and beams of the home.
