Gary contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about the floors in his home had dropped. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Gary to go over the crawl space of his home to find out what was causing his issues. Graham found that the floors of the home had dropped due to excessive moisture had saturated the wood and made it soft and that the best solution would be to seal off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with installing Smart Jacks and Supplemental Beam to stabilize and raise the floors back level. Completed Crawl Space
The crawl space had the CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed to stop moisture from entering the crawl space along with the Smart Jack System and Supplemental Beams to stabilize and raise the floors back level.

The Smart Jack System is designed to stop settling and raise sagging floors back to the proper level with its high capacity, fully- adjustable steel piers.
Getting Rid of Mold and Mildew
By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space the water that causes mold and mildew.
Fixing Sunken or Damaged Piers
With the Smart Jack System, we are able to support the floor of the home, even though the other piers had failed.
