Before Stabilizing Foundation
The floors sagged due to a combination of foundation issues and moisture damage. During the inspection, we found that the floor joists had been weakened by moisture, which caused them to lose structural integrity. This, combined with the lack of proper support in the crawlspace, led to the floors sagging over time.

The SmartJack system is set up on a solid, engineered base that's placed where the floor needs stabilization. The base is designed to provide a strong, stable foundation for the adjustable steel posts. It's not just sitting on the dirt-it's anchored properly to ensure the posts can support the floor joists above and keep everything stable over time.
Adjustable Support System
The SmartJack system is designed to fit in tight spaces, making it ideal for crawl spaces with limited room. The adjustable steel posts are compact and can be installed in areas where other solutions might not work. This allows us to stabilize and support the foundation even in smaller or more confined areas of the crawl space.
Weight Capacity
The SmartJack system is built to handle a lot of weight-up to 60,000 pounds per post! That's more than enough to stabilize and lift sagging floors while supporting the foundation. It's designed to hold up the structure and prevent any further issues, permanently keeping the floors level and secure.
Sistering The Joists
Our team sistered the damaged floor joists. This means we added new lumber alongside the existing joists to reinforce them. It's a way to strengthen the structure and make sure the floors are properly supported. Along with the SmartJack system, this helped stabilize the foundation.
