Subfloor Removal & Replacement in Clinton, NC

The subfloor had a large area near the front of the home where the structural framing was wet and deteriorated. The wood was rotten, making the floor soft and unstable to walk on.We completed a subfloor removal and replacement with 60 ft of sister joist and 8 ft rim board replacement. We provide a plywood underlayment. Now the homeowner has a subfloor that is safe and supported by the new joists, and can have top flooring installed.
