Bill contacted Southeast Foundation looking to have the crawl space of his business encapsulated after have new floors installed. We did a full encapsulation using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Dave by getting rid of the vapor barrier system and replacing it with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we were able to seal off the crawl space from water vapor, install a dehumidifier to dry out the air and a sump pump to get rid of the water in the crawl space.
