Due to soil settlement, this home settled, leaving cracks in its brick foundation and requiring stabilization. Our solution to the problem was our foundation pier system. This system utilizes steel piers that extend deep into the soil and transfer the load of the home from its foundation to the solid bedrock below. This stabilizes the home and prevents any further settling. 

This customers crawl space door was getting old and dingy. This customer opted to for Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to come in and install at Turtl as a new access point into her crawl space. Doesn't it just look amazing!

Annette contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because after a recent home inspection, Annette had been alerted that the moisture level in the crawl space was high. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System which seals the crawl space from the earth's ground. Along with installing the liner that seals the crawl space, we also added a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space dry  Additionally, we also installed a Smart Sump Pump System to get rid of any moisture in the crawl space.

Encapsulating this crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier system provides several benefits.
