We replaced the customer's crawl space door with an EverLast Crawl Space Door to provide a durable, long-lasting solution that prevents moisture, pests, and air leaks. Unlike traditional doors, the EverLast door is made from inorganic materials that resist mold, rot, and deterioration, ensuring better protection and energy efficiency for the crawl space.

We installed the SmartJack support system to lift and level the customer's sagging floor above their crawl space because it provides a durable and effective solution for stabilizing and strengthening the floor structure. The SmartJack system addresses issues such as uneven floors, sagging beams, and weakened support by using steel posts and a high-strength footing to counteract settling or shifting in the crawl space. This ensures improved stability, restores the floor to its proper level, and prevents further structural damage.

The crawl space went from wet to dry and healthy with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation system.

Water was leaking into the customer's basement through the block wall due to hydrostatic pressure pushing water through cracks and pores in the foundation. To address this, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system, which captures water at the perimeter of the basement floor and directs it to a sump pump, preventing further water intrusion. This system ensures the basement stays dry by effectively managing water seepage and maintaining a waterproof barrier.
