Water intrusion was a problem for this customer due to a poorly sealed crawl space. We completely encapsulated the crawl space, making sure it was completely sealed. This will prevent leaks from occurring in the future. During this process, a SmartSump crawl space sump pump system was installed. If there is a leak in a pipe or water enters the crawl space, the sump system will remove it. 

We installed our SmartJack Support System in this crawl space of a customer to lift and level the floor that had sunk into the ground due to inadequate support. With the SmartJacks in place, the floor is leveled and the home is secure!  

Using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, we completely encapsulated this crawl space ensuring it remain a healthy, dry environment.

Moisture in the crawl space led to sagging floors above. To permanently stabilize and level the floor, we installed our SmartJack Support System. 

We replaced the customer's crawl space door with an EverLast Crawl Space Door to provide a durable, long-lasting solution that prevents moisture, pests, and air leaks. Unlike traditional doors, the EverLast door is made from inorganic materials that resist mold, rot, and deterioration, ensuring better protection and energy efficiency for the crawl space.
