The floor in this home was sinking and creating gaps where the wall meets the floor. The wooden beams in the crawl space that support the floor have weakened due to the wood absorbing excess moisture and humidity, therefore causing the floors to sag. For this repair, we used the PolyLevel method to inject polyurethane foam underneath the uneven concrete. The foam expands, pushing the concrete to a level position.
