Crawlspace Encapsulation in Whiteville, NC

We installed a Crawlspace Encapsulation under a home in Whiteville, North Carolina. Homeowner Morris was having moisture problems in his crawlspace. Moisture causes wood rot, mold growth, and so many other costly issues. We explained to him that a full crawl space encapsulation system is the best solution to permanently eliminate moisture and keep his home healthier and more comfortable.

"We never knew how bad our crawlspace was until we got an evaluation but we are sure glad we did. From start to finish, everyone we talked to and had involved were very communicative about everything we had to have done and they were all a pleasure to work with. The guys finished the project in a reasonable amount of time and we are very happy and pleased with the work they’ve done. Our floor is leveled now and our crawlspace looks great now. We would recommend these guys to anyone who needs their services."

Crawl Space Encapsulation in Supply, NC

Homeowner Chris has lived in his home in Supply, NC for 35 years. The past few years he has noticed that the crawlspace gets very wet. This caused concern about the moisture affecting his home, as it had already caused the floor joists to rot, making the living room floor sink. He also noticed poor air quality in his home that has been causing his family to have allergies. Chris decided it was time to get the issue fixed before he ended up with more costly repairs in the future.

Encapsulating a Crawl Space and Installing Smart Jacks in Durham, NC

Andrew contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with a dip in his floor at his Durham, NC home. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P. met with Andrew to go over the home to find out the best solution. Justin found that the dip in the floor was due to moisture in the crawl space which had weakened the wood allowing it to dip and drop. The best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with installing the Smart Jack System to stabilize the wood and raise it so that there was no longer a dip. Andrew is thrilled with the work done by Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to fix his home for many years to come.
