Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The foundation of the back half of Michelle's home had started to sink. We were able to help Michelle by installing the Push Pier System. The Push Pier System utilize high strength round steel tube sections and a load transfer bracket to stabilize and lift the sinking foundation. Michelle is thrilled with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to fix the foundation of her home.

Using SmartJack Support Posts, this customer's sagging floors were stabilized and raised to their original level.

Our Foundation Helical Pier System was installed to lift and stabilize this customers sinking foundation. 

This couple in Leland, NC had foundation problem which caused cracking in the brick work of the home. With our Push Pier System we where able to fix the cracks and stabilize the home so that they will never have a problem with cracking of their home again.
