This home for sale in Wallace, NC had a corner of the home that had started to sink. After having several structural engineers and home inspectors look at the property they decided to contact Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair. We where able to fit the corner of the home and push together the cracks in the brick along that part of the home.

Blake contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had noticed a slight slop in the floors of his home in Oak Island, NC. Our inspector Ben Daniels met with Blake to go over the problems that he was experiencing. Ben found that due to moisture issues in the crawl space that the slop in the floor was caused by degenration in the moisture wood and the best solution would be to install the Smart Jack Stablazation System along with a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep moisture out of the crawl space. 

Our foundation push pier system permanently stabilized this customer's settling foundation by transferring its weight to strong, competent soils at a greater depth. 

A Burgaw, NC homeowner had bouncy floors above their crawl space due to an inadequate support system. We installed our SmartJack system to repair the issue.
