Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This customer's home shifted due to foundation settlement. There are visible cracks on the exterior foundation wall and on the interior walls as a result of the shift. Austin H. and his team installed foundation helical piers to prevent further settlement and provide permanent stability. Once the piers were installed, backfill is used to fill the hole and cover the pier for a clean appearance. 

Sam contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after receiving one of our post cards in the mail. Sam and his wife Sarah knew that they had a problem with their home because the outside brick of the home was badly crack in places. SEFR owner Chris Hunter met with Sam and Sarah to go over the best possible solution for the problem of their home. A crew led by Anthony Futurell installed 10 Push Piers to the home to stabailize the foundation which had settled. Sam and Sarah are happy with the results that SEFR give them with fixing their home.

We were able to fix Helen's home from the settling issues of cracking calls and ceilings by installing SmartJacks in her crawl space. These helped to level her floors.

Meredith contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to having some exterior and interior cracks as well as doors and windows that were sticking at her home in Wilmington, NC.

Maurice, one of our design specialists, inspected the home. After the inspection, Maurice proposed the best solution was to have Smart Jacks installed.

Our crew led by Pedro, installed the Smart Jack System which will help stabilize the floors and help the doors and windows from sticking.
