Meredith contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to having some exterior and interior cracks as well as doors and windows that were sticking at her home in Wilmington, NC.

Maurice, one of our design specialists, inspected the home. After the inspection, Maurice proposed the best solution was to have Smart Jacks installed.

Our crew led by Pedro, installed the Smart Jack System which will help stabilize the floors and help the doors and windows from sticking.

Using our SmartJack System, our crew permanently stabilized this customers sagging crawl space. 

This home in Wilmington had a porch with concrete slabs that were sinking, causing a tripping hazard.  With PolyLEVEL, we were able to life the porch slabs back to level, creating a smooth walking surface again.  Homeowner was happy with the result and said "Very professional crew, great job".

Homeowners Association was concerned about the sinking sidewalk sections and the trip hazards they created.  We used PolyLevel to lift the sidewalk sections and NexusPro to fill the joints leaving a nice even walking surface for the residents.
